Artside Studio teve inicío em meados de 2009 por "Carlos Fides", sempre com o foco na indústria da música Carlos Fides sempre trabalhou com bandas, músicos, selos, estúdios e gravadoras, em 2009 foi convidado a participar do Maior coletivo de Designers do Brasil a "inBloodesign" no qual teve oportunidade de trabalhar com grandes nomes Nacionais como: Paula Toller, Asa de Águia, Ivete Sangalo, Jota Quest entre outros grandes nomes, mas sempre com o foco principal em sua criação a Artside Studio.
Com uma pausa nos anos de 2012 até 2014 para se dedicar a outros projetos, a Artside teve retorno oficial em 2015.
Hoje tem em seu cast Artistas como: Evergrey, Kamelot, Adrenaline Mob, Shaman, Noturnall, Narnia, Rosa de Saron, Oficina G3, Edu Falaschi e o renomado Baterista Aquiles Priester.
Com pouco tempo no ramo Carlos atingiu grandes marcas e hoje conta com mais de 500 clientes, 2.200 Artes e já está presente em 50 Países, teve destaque nas 6 maiores revistas de Artes Digitais do mundo, 4 Publicações na conceituada Computer Artes e na famosa PhotoshopCreative (Brasil e no Reino Unido), Via ômega Magazine (Europa) e Heavy Metal Artwork, online foram inúmeras entrevistas e sites, entre eles HellDivine, Whiplash, HornSup, Roadie Metal, Roadie Crew e Rock Brigade. Teve a quinta melhor capa eleita de todos os tempos pelo maior portal da América latina de Rock e Metal o Whiplash, ficando ao lado novamente de grandes artistas.
No ano de 2015 ficou em duas colocações entre as 10 melhores capas do ano, e no site Whiplash novamente entre os 5 melhores do ano em 2016 e 2017.
Em 2018 Carlos teve uma publicação em um dos mais importantes livros de artes para metal do mundo os seus trabalhos ficaram lado a lado com os artistas mais conceituados mundialmente o Arte Arcana da conceituada Heavy Metal Artwork.
Novamente em 2019 foi convidado a participar do novo livro da conceituada Heavy metal Music Artwork, um dos livros de maior sucesso da editora "Arte Lucifero" tendo esgotado todas as unidades. E no corrente ano novamente foram várias artes figurando entre os maiores nomes do metal mundial.
Em 2020 com o início da pandemia atingindo o globo foi um grande aprendizado e o ano com maior número de trabalhos criados, foram mais de 50 capas e mais de 35 logos e monogramas criados, com toda essa mudança de hábitos e rotinas, houve a necessidade de uma grande mudança, o nome que representou o artista durante vários anos agora passa a ser Carlos Fides Artes.
2021 É convidado para participar e dirigir junto ao Renomado Edu Falaschi o projeto gráfico do seu novo álbum solo que representa mais de 30 anos de carreira do músico, o projeto alcançou a marca de sold out em menos de 20 dias, com participações de Elba Ramalho, Aquiles priester, Roberto barros, Pablo Greg, Thiago Bianchi e vários artistas renomados, a arte foi aclamada e elogiada pela crítica no mundo todo, tendo destaque em sites renomados como Portal g1, Yahoo, R7, Whiplash, Rolling Stone e relacionados.
Continuando o ano de 2021 recebe o ilustre convite para criar o Box ediçāo especial e limitado para um dos álbuns de maior sucesso do metal brasileiro o Ritualive da banda Shaman que completa 18 anos, criando e recriando toda uma atmosfera nova baseado nas artes originais o box conta como uma caixa Luxuosa, camiseta, dvd, cd, vinho e um book de fotos inéditas, tendo esgotado na pré venda em 3 dias.

In 2018 Carlos had a publication in one of the most important metal art books in the world, his works were side by side with the most renowned artists in the world, Arte Arcana of the renowned Heavy Metal Artwork.
Again in 2019 he was invited to participate in the new book of the renowned Heavy metal Music Artwork, one of the most successful books by the publisher "Arte Lucifero" having sold out all the units. And this year again there were several arts appearing among the biggest names in world metal.

Continuing the year 2021 receives the distinguished invitation to create a special and limited edition Box for one of the most successful albums in Brazilian metal, the band Shaman's Ritualive, which turns 18, creating and recreating a whole new atmosphere based on the box's original art it counts as a luxury box, t-shirt, dvd, cd, wine and a book of unpublished photos, having sold out in the pre-sales in 3 days.
